ends
which words will matter
then?
When the last note
is wrote
and the final song
played
what will Heaven's hymnal
and the eternal journal
say?
Upon the time
when the tale unfolds
will the same remain
to hold?
Beyond the veil
of darkening
smoke
can you tell
the surviving spark
of hope?
At the conclusion
of this material
illusion
will there be confusion
or spiritual
evolution?
After all
is done and
said
the soul shall stand
to walk among
the dead.
