Week Points



If you are succumbing to weight gain, there is a strong possibility that you have at least one weak point. And it is equally likely that this weak point is habitually getting the upper hand. There is a solution.

Turn your weak point into a week point.
       
Take time on Sunday to target one fattening food in your diet. Set a goal to eliminate this weak point in your diet in the week ahead. Repeat this process with a new dietary target every Sunday. By employing this technique you can turn your weak point - be it cake, pizza or whatever - into your week point of focus.
       
It's amazing what can be accomplished within seven days. There are 168 hours in a given week. Each one of these hours can either make you fatter, make you slimmer or keep you in the same condition. The choice is yours as to how you use them. The slimmest person in the world doesn't have any extra hours or days. Think about it.
